14-Day Size Exchange – We’ll Help You Find the Right Fit

As Laeva support underwear and the accompanying silicone pad are CE-marked medical devices, they are delivered in sealed packaging. For hygiene and health reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns once the seal has been broken.

 

Our Way of Helping You Find a Better Fit

We know it can be difficult to find the right size and fit when shopping online. To increase the chances of getting the support that’s right for you, we offer a special service within the first 14 days:

• One additional pair of underwear free of charge: If you find that the underwear doesn’t fit quite right, we’ll send you one new pair in a different size or fit completely free of charge.

• No need to return it – pass it on: You don’t need to send the tried-on underwear back to us, as for hygiene reasons it cannot be reused within our system. Instead, pass it on to a friend who might benefit from it. That way, you’re helping both her and us – and the product doesn’t go to waste.
